1. General Terms 


1.1 OBSBOT guarantees that goods you purchased from OBSBOT will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use. The warranty period for a product starts on the day such product is delivered. For more detail you may check in the “Repair policy” 


1.2 During the period if our product dose not function as described, please contact with customer service to getting help. OBSBOT might not be able to offer service in some cases. Judging by condition the service can also be different. To obtain more information you may reach out to OBSBOT customer service. 

 

1.3 Contact with customer service and describe in detail about your problem. 


1.4 OBSBOT will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem by telephone, e-mail or online chat. OBSBOT may direct you to download and install particular software updates. 


1.5 If your problem cannot be resolved over the telephone or through the application of software updates, you may be required to deliver the product to OBSBOT for further examination. OBSBOT will arrange for repair or replacement service as the Limited Warranty. You may check for more detail in the “Repair Policy” and “Return & Refund Policy”.


2. Repair Policy 


2.1 You can apply for repair service if the product does not function during warranty period. The warranty period for main parts can be check in the repair period form. To require for free repair must meet the requirement as below:


1)Products under normal use during the warranty period but suffers non-human performance failures. 

2)Without any damage cause by dissemble, operation or modification under non-official guidance. 

3)Provide with legal proof-of-purchase, receipts, or invoices. 


2.2 Free Repair Service will not be provided where: 


1)Damage caused by intentional collision or other fault operation. 

2)Damage caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product. 

3)Damage caused by improper use of incompatible charger. 

4)Damage is caused to the product by using under rigid environment, including high temperature, rain & snow, dust, etc. 

 

3. Repair PolicyWarranty period for product main parts: 


1)Six months warranty for lithium battery (Above 200 times charge cycle). Product unable to charging or full charged by using the original cable/charger during the period. 

2) One year warranty for drive and control system. Product does not function as described during the period.

3) One year warranty for camera/lens. Shooting image appears to have blurriness, spots or any discoloration during the period. 

4) One year warranty for gimbal. Mechanical gimbal does not work, jitter, or get stuck during the period. 

5) Six months for cable. Inside cable broken, short circuit or open circuit during the period. 

6) Six months for microphone. Product failed to record audio or have too much noise during the period. 

7) One year warranty for charger. Product can't charge during the period.

8) Three months for SD card (Above 2000 times use), Product can't read the card or card memory does not match with advertised.
