1. Delivery Method 


1.1 OBSBOT use one of the following carriers to deliver your order: Fedex, EMS/UPS


1.2 Regular deliveries to most metro areas should be received within 1-5 business days. For other rural areas, orders should be received within 7-15 business days.


2. Shipping Fee


2.1  USA: Free Ground Shipping Service.

2.2 Canada and Mexico: $35 - Lite Shipment & $75 – Heavy Shipment fare applies for International Ground Shipping.

2.3 Taiwan, Australia, Japan, Korea, European-Countries: $35 – Lite Shipment & $75 – Heavy Shipment fare applies. 

2.4 Mainland China, HK, Macau: Free Ground Shipping Service.


3. Shipping Policy

 

3.1 OBSBOT will ship to most countries internationally.Under most circumstances, your order will shipped within 7 business days. 


3.2 Please check the receipt information before payment. If you fill in the wrong address due to personal negligence, please contact customer service in time. We'll try our best to contact you for negotiation, but the risks and expenses arising from the modification of the address need to be borne by the customer. 


3.3 Please fill in your real name, shipping address and valid contact information when ordering; it is convenient for us to arrange delivery in time. 


3.4 Please contact us if you have any questions on shipping or delivery prior to placing your order.  


3.5 About VAT&GST: Customers are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the China may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; REMO TECH has no control over these charges.  



4.Order Tracking 


4.1 When an item from your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number that enables you to track the progress of the packages from our warehouse to the address you specified. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your order tracking information is available from the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped to you from our warehouse, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 24 hours.
